LendMail is operated by OfferCrew LLC (“LendMail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Richmond, Virginia, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use lendmail.fit, how we use it, and the choices you have.

LendMail helps people understand credit and loan offers they receive in the mail (and related tools for industry users on LendMail Pro). By using the site or tools, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

A. Information you provide

• Mail images and files you upload or photograph (e.g. letters, envelopes, QR regions) so we can analyze an offer.
• Optional account details if you sign up or log in (such as email and authentication data via our auth provider).
• Contact messages (name, email, company, message) when you use a contact form, including on LendMail Pro.
• URLs or QR contents you submit for inspection tools.

B. Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data: pages viewed, buttons tapped, approximate timestamps, referrer, browser/user agent, screen size, and similar diagnostics.
• Identifiers we generate (e.g. device or session IDs stored in your browser) so we can understand visits and improve the product.
• IP address as received by our servers or analytics, used for security, abuse prevention, approximate traffic analysis, and debugging.
• Campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags, ad click IDs) when you arrive from ads or links.

C. What we do not ask for by design

LendMail is not a credit bureau and is not OptOutPrescreen. We do not require your Social Security number to use the core scan tools. Do not upload documents that contain SSNs, full account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers you are not comfortable sharing. If a mailer image incidentally includes sensitive data, treat it as user-provided content under this policy.

2. How we use information

• To provide offer analysis, code extraction, QR inspection, and related features.
• To operate, secure, and debug the site (including fraud and abuse monitoring).
• To improve product quality, content, and ranking of guides (including aggregated patterns from mail pieces).
• To respond to contact requests and Pro / consulting inquiries.
• To measure marketing performance (e.g. whether a campaign drove a visit).
• To comply with law and enforce our terms.

Analysis of images and text may be processed using third-party AI / infrastructure providers acting on our behalf to return results to you.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that host the site, store data, process authentication, send infrastructure emails, run analytics, or run AI analysis (e.g. cloud hosting, database, auth, and model API providers).
• Advertising or measurement partners when you arrive via paid campaigns (e.g. platform click IDs), limited to what is needed to measure those campaigns.
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A buyer or successor if OfferCrew LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this policy or equivalent protections.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use browser storage and similar technologies for session continuity, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if storage is blocked.

5. Data retention

We retain uploaded images, analysis results, and account-linked history for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your saved offers (if any), improve the product, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact-form messages are kept as needed to respond and for business records. You may request deletion of account-associated data as described below; some logs may persist for a limited period for security and backup purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use LendMail with that understanding, especially when photographing mail.

7. Children

LendMail is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

• You may use many features without creating an account.
• You may stop uploading images or clear site data in your browser.
• If you have an account, you may request access to or deletion of personal data associated with that account by contacting us.
• Depending on where you live (including certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights to know, delete, or correct personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.

9. International users

We are based in the United States. If you access LendMail from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

10. Third-party links

Guides may link to lenders, official sites (for example OptOutPrescreen), or partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting information to them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of LendMail after an update means you accept the revised policy.
